The Ottawa Hospital Research Institute Flow Cytometry Facility, located at the General Campus of the Ottawa Hospital, was established in 1998 and includes one flow cytometer, one spectral cytometer and two cell sorting instruments. We offer high parametric flow cytometry capabilities and sorting precision required for the isolation of rare cell populations with high purity and yield. The facility also provides high level training in critical aspects related to flow cytometric techniques, such as sample preparation, panel design, antibody titration and advanced flow cytometry software training, among others.
