GEMMA Core offers transgenic and genotyping services, phenotyping, behavioral assessment and imaging services, and mouse colony management services. Consultation and training is also available.

This facility provides services necessary for investigators to create, rederive or cryopreserve mouse models.

Specific services offered include: CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene editing (experimental design service and/or consulting also provided); pronuclear Injection; ES Cell Injection; In Vitro Fertilization; rederivation of mouse lines to specific pathogen free status; embryo and sperm cryopreservation and recovery.
