New Features Introduced in 2025
Here's a collection of all the new features introduced to the CoreMarketplace in 2025.
Core Funding
You can now show which grant awards fund your facility. Currently only works with US-based NIH and NSF grants.
Managing Duplicate Publications
Occasionally an article will show up twice because it appears in both PubMed and PubMedCentral. The CoreMarketplace now automatically weeds out duplicates on the public-facing profile page. If you want to manage exactly which of the duplicates appears on your page, you can do so in the Publications section of your profile edit page.
Finding Regional Facilities
On every core profile page is now a "Find Regional Facilities" where you can locate adjacent facilities.
Finding Institutional Facilities
While not technically a new feature this year, the list of other facilities at the same institution was revamped and moved to its own section, titled "Other Facilities at this Institution."
Core Profile Subscriptions
This allows a person to subscribe to a core profile, similar to the way you might subscribe to a newsletter. Every time an assigned core section is updated, the person will receive an email update.
