Canadian national user facility located at INRS-EMT in Varennes, Quebec, designed to develop and apply high-power, ultrafast lasers for advanced scientific research. It produces intense, synchronized light pulses spanning from THz to hard X-rays for dynamic imaging, materials science, and medical applications. Home of the most powerful laser in Canada with 750 TW and high repetition rate laser systems to explore novel phenomena in matter with ultrafast tools.
